  Education: Completion of high school 
Experience: 3 - 5 years 
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English 
Work Setting: Motor vehicle repair shop, Convenience store 
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Point of sale system,
 Electronic mail, Spreadsheet software, Database software,
 General office equipment, Computerized bookkeeping systems 
Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20 
Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations,
 Manage staff and assign duties, Determine merchandise and
 services to be sold, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily
 transactions, Locate, select and procure merchandise for
 resale, Recruit and train staff, Resolve problems that
