Job Title: Earls Restaurant Food service supervisor 

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, 
Night, Evening

Salary: $12.52 to $13.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Gratuities

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Jasper, Alberta (4 vacancies ) 

Skill Requirements:


Education: Not required


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required


Experience: Will train


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Restaurant


Supervisory Experience: Kitchen and food service helpers, Cooks


Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion 
food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality 
control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit 
reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Supervise and check assembly of 
trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys


Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
